- Information collected automatically, basic technical and usage data such as browser type, pages viewed and interactions, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used. For cookieless audience measurement, PostHog uses the IP address transiently to create a rotating privacy-preserving hash and then strips it.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, provide construction services, operate and improve the site, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the site and our analytics, including Cloudflare, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and our lead-management and email providers. Analytics may include masked session replay and heatmaps; form input values are masked and contact details are not sent as analytics event properties.
Cookies
Essential storage keeps the site secure and working. PostHog provides cookieless audience and funnel measurement without creating a persistent person profile. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, persistent PostHog analytics, and masked session replay load only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the site notice. Choosing “Essential only” does not stop you from browsing, calling, or submitting a form.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers above, with your consent, or where required by law. We do not sell or rent your data.
Retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed for your inquiry or our services and applicable legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
